Install options for enabling the SAP Lumira Agent

I am trying to setup a silent install of SAP Lumira 1.28. I have my response.ini and my SAPLumiraConfiguration.ini files created. I have been unable to locate any information on how to enable the Agent, other than after the install is complete.
