Installing an software/system on server

Hello, vendor helps us to install the software/system for company. The Pre-requisites are .NET Framework, Microbial Solutions Database, Microsoft Visual C+.

Windows Server System Requirements: 2012, 2016, and 2019 using the GUI mode only.

Is centralized server the best way to install? What's another option?

What if the server is down?

Thanks.

I would first think on what is the current status of the machines that need this software. Because if they need several things to be in place before the actual install a script would be the best way so you can do verifications/installs before and then if that works the actual real install.
