I'm trying to establish a VPN connection from an iPad  (Version 5.1.1) when the device is connected to a Verizon MiFi4620L for internet activity.  I have the built in VPN settings configured for IPSec and all the configuration settings are correct and work from other WiFi connections but will not establish a connection when connected to the Verizon MiFi.  I have tried configuring the MiFi for 3G only to avoid any NAT conflicts on the 4G network and enabled VPN passthrough on the MiFi settings.  I'm not sure what else to try, any help would be appreciated.
