You can create a wizard device report

for filter use

software name does not contain "trendmicro"

OS name contains windows

this will return a report on all windows machines that do not have trendmicro as a software name

You could possibly use a smart label such as:

Software Name does not contain TrendMicro

This should pull up a list of computers that don't have that software named in their list

You can build the smart label by clicking Inventory > Devices > and then Smart Label on the right of the screen
