Is there any way to control who can see which reports in the Dell Kace K1000?

Is there any way to control who can see which reports in the Dell Kace K1000?  Managers make reports on technicians, but don't want the technicians to see the reports that they are making.  The technicians need access to reporting so I cannot take their access away.  It would be nice to be able to label a report the way you label a knowledge base article to control who sees it.

I have never seen a way to give partial access to reports. Do the technicians need to manually run these reports? If not, reports could be scheduled and sent to them without the technicians being able to view the reporting module.

  • They are learning to create their own reports so they do need access. Scheduled reports is a good idea and a work around. I should add this to the UserVoice and see if it gets any votes. Thanks for taking the time to respond. - TheNakedNinja 8 years ago

Permissions on the K1000 do not get that granular yet.  A UserVoice item would be the best route.
