I would like to disable the HTML editor in tickets in SMA 9.1, how do I do this?

It also ruins the dark theme :( and HTML formatting is broke on rules, so that's fun too - aarmington 4 years ago

it also strips the underscores from url links
anybody found a way to disable it?
