Is UTF-8 a known issue in comment box?
Hello,
I have an issue with the comment box in k1000. I live in Sweden and we have the letters "å, ä, ö" which is included in the UTF-8 char set. The issue is not static but most of the times K1000 will replace the special characters with "?". I have an example below, I don't expect you to understand what it sais but just to get a picture of the problem.
Ex. Det borde hon v?l g?ra, ?ven om den inte ?r fotad?
I went through some of the posts about HTML causing issues but I didn't really find any answers. Did anyone else have this issue and find a solution?

I have spoken with Quest support. They told me that they will raise the issue with their team and hopefully fix it till the next Kace update. - Jingojang 4 years ago
