Issue using a script to install MS Exclaimer Cloud Signature

Hello, I have a bat file that will install the software if I run it on my own (and outer) PC's but when plugging it into Kace it fails everytime...

This is the bat file. msiexec /i "C:\it tools\Exclaimer.msi" /quiet /norestart

I have a seperit .bat that puts the software in this folder but it can't execute the install for some odd reason....

Any help would be great!
