Issues booting into Kace on VM

I have been working on a Windows 10 image for our company laptops and the first time I uploaded it everything went fine. Now whenever I try to capture an image I can't even get into Kace. After loading the kbe iso it stops at "Loading boot sector... booting..." UWkU4m.png

I suspect that there is something wrong with the image itself, however like I said, I had no issues uploading the first time. I've tried creating entirely new VMs, trying different settings during sysprep. Nothing seems to change the outcome.

  • I'm sorry I do not have a solution, I do hope someone can point in the right direction though as I'm curious to what caused this. I was wondering though, is your K2000 accessible otherwise? As in, can you access the web console and/or PXE boot from another computer? Maybe a reboot of the K2 wouldn't hurt. - getElementById 8 years ago
    • Yeah, there's nothing wrong with our K2000. I'm actually able to capture a physical image just fine without this issue. It only happens when I use a VM. - LlamaStew 8 years ago

I would submit a ticket to Kace.
