Issues with process approvals, approval status not appearing for an approver

Hi There


Having issues with one of our approvers being able to approve a process. He was able to approve previous changes and then all of a sudden he is unable to. User does have override rights as well so he was able to approve it via override. Have also removed his override permissions to see if that will work but to no avail. When going to the process info to try and approve he is only seeing pending approval when he should be seeing a dropbox option to approve/decline the change. Other change approvers are able to approve the change fine. Have tried removing and re-adding the user to no avail and have tried to replicate but it is working fine for other approvers. All his permissions are correct as the user is set as an approver on step 3.
