It won't work for me, either

I downloaded and ran it. The secure browser icon appeared on the desktop and I clicked it. It shaded and an hourglass appeared. After ~10 seconds everything went back to normal. I tried it again with the same results. I went to the program list and tried to initiate from there with same results. I restarted; no change. I unininstalled, restarted and re-downloaded and ran it. Same results.
It sounds like a great program. Can anyone help me get it to work?

Do you currently have Firefox installed?

What applications do you have running at Startup, such as AntiVirus, Firewall, etc..?

Yes; Firefox is still installed.
I disabled Kaspersky.
Do you think Firefox is keeping it from running?
Thanks!

It shouldn't, as I have seen Secure Browser run beside other browsers just fine.

What specific version of Firefox is installed, and what Add-Ons do you currently have installed?

I will try to duplicate this and see what is causing this.

I'm running 3.5.11. Add-ons are FoxTab 1.3, Java quick starter 1.0, Kaspersky URL Advisor 9.0.0.736, Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant 1.2.1, PriceBlink 1.1, ReminderFox1.9.8.2 and Tempomail 1.0.12.
Thanks for your help!

For what it's worth, the icon's target looks weird to me (but what do I know?) Here it is:
C:\Program Files\Dell KACE\Secure Browser (Firefox)\Secure Browser (Firefox with plugins)\Firefox\Files\C\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
Could that have anything to do with the problem?

We were finally able to re-produce this issue, and it has been logged. We had hoped to get the fix in the latest 5.1.1657 release, but it didn't make it in unfortunately.

The target for the shortcut is actually as expected, and shouldn't cause any issues.
