Just run the ampagent-.msi on the target system to install the agent.
By changing the name of the MSI to add your KBOX name (ampagent--.msi), you can configure the agent upon installation to communicate with your KBOX.
To remotely deploy the KBOX agent, you can use either the Provisioning Tool on the KBOX (Settings, K1000 Agent tab), or push it to your systems with Group Policy. I use Group Policy myself, and it's completely painless.
