K1000 appliance can't startup, show error Kernel trap 12 with interrupts disabled.
Hi everyone.
My Kace K1100 appliance, after restart this, show error Uptime 8s, and how kernel trap 12 with interrups disabled, this appliance currently have about 4500 users connected, also show errors as:
Fault Code = Supervisor read data, page not present
Fault Code = 0x20:0xfffffff819bd6b9
Fatal Trap: Page failt while in kernel mode.
someone have any idea about this?

They will provide you an image so you can restore your appliance.

Restore the backup and go to 8.0 or 8.1 as soon as possible afterwards.
