K1000 Manually downloading and updating agent file using k1000_agents_7.1.62.kbin, update never gets past "Unpacking"

upload the agent bundle under Settings | Provisioning | Agent update and not under System maintenance - Nico_K 7 years ago

Sadly, This did not work.It said this is not "a valid agent update bundle file" even though I downloaded it twice yesterday. Went back and downloaded it again today and "POOF!", it works. Very mysterious. - MNBobster 7 years ago

I had this same exact issue, Nico_K's solution worked for me. We were uploading the agent bundle in the wrong area. - KaceUser2017 6 years ago
