Our k1000 was recently updated from version 7 to version 8. The update seems to have stopped scripts from being able to run; they all get stuck in "pending status" under "run now status". 

I've opened the Server Error log and there are errors corresponding to the script IDs that are trying to run. I would like to know how to fix these errors and get scripts running again.

  • If you are in Vanilla 8.0, I recommend updating to 8.1 at least, it has some fixes in terms of stability, I believe here was an issue with scripts in 8, and it was patched in 8.1

Please reach-out to support. There seems to be an issue with some internal services or file perms post upgrade.
