K1000 Service Desk: Process Template Variables from Parent
If I were to create a process template for a user termination (or creation) - I generally put the name of the terminated user in the title of the parent. All of the child tickets have their generic titles - so if I have 3-4 terminations at once, they all look the same at first glance without having to drill in to the ticket).
Is there a way to take the title of the parent and use that as a prefix for the children?
Parent Title: User Termination - John Smith
User Termination - John Smith - Active Directory
User Termination - John Smith - email
User Termination - John Smith - application #1
