k1000 SMA console error, always reboots. any one have suggestion ?

what is the message DIRECTLY before the reboot?
Open a SR with KACE support to fix it.
Please always be aware: you are using a really outdated version (the current one is as of now 11.0) so you should go to a current version after the fix.
