K2000 imaging limitations

I have a ~90GB image that includes several SDK and IDE programs for one of our Computer/IT teaching departments. I'm assuming after compression it's probably in the range of a 70-80GB WIM.
When I attempt to capture the image (from Oracle VirtualBox) it creates a file list and creates the WIM image but then when it starts to upload the file to the server it fails. It says "Image capture failed" and after clicking OK another box comes up complaining that the HTA file on the page has scripts that are not responding. Because of this I do not get a log file.
Does anyone have any idea what's going on or why I might be seeing these errors? Is there a K2000 limit on image file size? Our server has around ~125GB free on its disk and this image was not meant to stay on the KACE appliance for long - I was going to upload it, image the lab, and delete it while keeping the image on my own disk whenever we needed to re-image.
