K2000 RSA Scripted Installation Failure

Hi guys,

I am battling with an issue with non-dell equipment. I downloaded the dell driver-pack for windows7 x86 and x64 and I have applied it, recached the drivers and synced it to my RSA. The drivers work fine for the LAN side of things the problem comes with the scrypted installation. As soon as you get the windows 7 install screen after deploying the scripted install IT comes back with an error "Boot critical device drivers were not loaded" and the scripted install fails. I have attributed it to the "Mass Storage" driver for the sata controller. Do you have driver-packs for this as well. I have tried "Driver Harvest" to extract the drivers from a working laptop and added the drivers to the KBE Boot environment, this did not work. I also extracted the driver manually from the driver installer package and this also did not work. Any Ideas?

The mentioned driver packs have storage- and network drivers inside.
Maybe there is a driver incompatibility between the installed drivers.

I would delete all storage drivers and only inject the basic SATA drivers. If the client uses special drivers (Raid controller?) you may need to use this one.
I suggest you to call the vendor and ask for the storage driver if you don't find it on the needed drivers on their web page
