KACE Product Support

We have an RSA at a remote site that we were able to in the past image 15 machines at one time. Recently we are only able to image 5 machines at a time and if you try to connect more than that then they won't PXE boot.  They start going through the connection with the dots on the screen and then it just stalls out and sits there.  I have gone to our networking team and they don't seem to be able to find anything but I do know that they recently took out the local DHCP server and have the RSA going directly through the router at that location.  I have checked everything on the RSA that I can including the logs and find nothing.  Anyone have any ideas?
