KACE 1000 MIA Settings not deleting devices

Hi...

We have a problem with MIA Settings:

In our Inventory -> Devices -> MIA Settings:
EvC6Zi.png

I even receive a e-mail when the process ended:
WPJnyX.png

But i can find all the computers on devices:
X3dCYs.png

Does anyone can help me?
