KACE 1000 service request que monitor

I would like to display on a tv that would show open tickets, by priority, by staff with auto updates. Has anybody found a meaningful way to do this?

You can add Service Desk Dashboard widgets "Active Tickets by Owner" and "Active tickets by Priority" on you dashboard for this which auto refreshes
