Hi, 
New to the Kace 100 system. We want to associate a installed program, ProTools to a created License Asset. However when we pull up the License Asset Details to combine the two the field Applies to software is blank. We can applies to a cataloged software. But from my understand not everything will appear in the cataloged software. And ideas?

  • Have you created the Software assets? Only records of the Software asset type are listed in the "Applies to Software" box.

    I believe the Cataloged Software should populate in the drop down to the right of that box.
    • Thank you! Wasn't thinking we would need to add the software asset but that is more logical than I was thinking. .
