Software : Kace 1000 Software. In License Asset Details our Applies to Software Field is blank.

Kace 1000 Software. In License Asset Details our Applies to Software Field is blank.

Hi,

New to the Kace 100 system. We want to associate a installed program, ProTools to a created License Asset. However when we pull up the License Asset Details to combine the two the field Applies to software is blank. We can applies to a cataloged software. But from my understand not everything will appear in the cataloged software. And ideas?

Have you created the Software assets? Only records of the Software asset type are listed in the "Applies to Software" box.

I believe the Cataloged Software should populate in the drop down to the right of that box. - grayematter 9 years ago
