Kace 9.1 SMA passing variables via custom rules
Im having issues with the new version passing onfo to another queue using custom rules. This worked at 9.0 but fails now. We have a custom rule to grab info and email it into another queue which creates a new ticket. We use the @due_date = $date for example in the body of the email and this doesnt seem to get parsed anymore. Either the new editor is stripping it or something. Any workarounds? New Html editor cant be turned off.

Based on a conversation in Slack, you should open a support request. They may be able to apply a hotfix to correct the issue.
