Kace agent and Multi-User (Terminal-Service) sessions?

My org is looking at rolling out Windows Virtual Desktop which is essentially Terminal Services running on Windows 10.

Does anyone have experience managing Endpoints in an environment where many users will be logged on to the same system simultaneously?

Do you do patching for the OS via WSUS or KACE?

I'm also curious how agent notifications or portions of the agent which are normally user context would perform.
