Have you tried downloading another piece of software? If that doesn't work then it could be a permissions issue or space issue. If it did work (with something other then CS5), is there enough space on the target machine to download and expand the zip file for CS5?
are you pointing it to a alternative location? Do the credentials and checksum match?
