KACE GO App Working on Android Phones?

Hello IT Ninja Community -

We have been using the KACE GO App on mobile devices to check tickets, inventory, etc. We have also started using the KACE GO App for Asset Management by scanning barcodes off Dell computers and setting asset status. All good. However, recently, IT staff using Android phones have run into issues with KACE GO - sometimes, the app will not display the Save or Cancel icons, and other minor issues.

Have any other folks run into this?

What Make/model phone?

Version of Android OS?

Same, having issues scanning in items and assigning them on Samsung Galaxy S10 latest Android OS.

All IPhones work fine.
