Kace Knowledge Base for User Console
We are wanting to have two separate uses for the knowledge base in our help desk module in the SMA. We would like to have some articles for the administrators on the SMA, and other articles for users. We don't necessarily want users having access to support documents meant for our IT Staff. Is there a way to do this. Right now it seems like there is a link for both the admin and the user console.

You should be able to use user labels to target which groups of users can access which articles.
