Kace Patching - Group Policy

We had an issue the other day at work where a few group policies were deleted. Some of the group policies objects were not backed up. One of the policies had to do with Kace patching, but I don't know what the configurations were.

Besides disabling Windows update, are there any other settings or group policies I should be doing to optimize the Kace patching process?

Basically that's all we did via group policy was disable Windows Updates and let Kace take care of the rest...
