Scripting Question

Kace report Ticket numbers are incorrect

01/21/2019 321 views

So I'm using the below to track ticket changes by a particular user, however the Tickets output displays random numbers instead of actual ticket numbers. I'm fairly lost on the reason why.

SELECT USER.FULL_NAME, COUNT(DISTINCT(HD_TICKET_CHANGE.HD_TICKET_ID)) as '# Changed',

GROUP_CONCAT(DISTINCT(HD_TICKET_CHANGE.HD_TICKET_ID)) as'Tickets'

FROM USER

JOIN HD_TICKET_CHANGE on HD_TICKET_CHANGE.USER_ID = USER.ID

WHERE HD_TICKET_CHANGE.TIMESTAMP > DATE_SUB(NOW(), INTERVAL 1 MONTH)

and USER.USER_NAME = "PARTICULAR USER"

GROUP BY USER.FULL_NAME

Ideally, I'd like to report on how many Tickets the Particular User created, and display the ticket numbers, but I'm not the brightest so I'm working with what I've got.

Turns out I am dumber than I thought. It works just fine when generating XLS.
