KACE Scripting Snooze Functionality Not Working (Mac)

This problem is only happening with our Macs - the script that runs is as follows:

sudo shutdown -r +1

Essentially, when a Mac user receives our reboot script (if they fall into the uptime > 3 days smart label I've created), they'll receive a notification window, allowing them to click OK or Snooze. The timeout action is set to Snooze and I've encountered the same behavior every time. A user clicks snooze, the script runs. The user is away from their computer and the notification times out, the script runs. I re-created the script and only tested with my machine last night. When I let the notification time out, the script runs and reboots the computer.

Currently, I'm running 7.1.149 w/ Agent version 7.1.62.

I'd be grateful for any assistance with this matter.

The last I heard, this was a known issue given the designation "K1-18914". I haven't checked if it's resolved in 7.1.

I have a workaround where I delete the 'snoozed' file periodically. It's located at: /Library/Application Support/Dell/KACE/data/snoozed.pbf
