KACE SDa remote site keeps saying RSA linking key already synced, aborting RSA licence sync
Hi
Anybody have that issue where it says the remote site is upgrading and on the SDA remote site page it says in the status "RSA linking key already synced, aborting RSA licence sync"?
server is up to date 7.2.97

Login into the RSA WebUI console.
Settings > Appliance Maintenance (left side), and check the RSA version.
RSAs need to be running the same version in order to sync. (this started with version 7.2.97 to greatly reduce the amount of Data needed to be synced).

Yes, this has happened to me as well. It seems the SDA starts by checking to see if the License is synced to the RSA.
If the License is synced, then it aborts and proceeds to transfer data to the RSA.
If everything else is working, then this is normal behavior.
