I am getting an error when Archiving some closed tickets in KACE Service Desk. The process to close tickets is the same every time. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

  • I'm not sure if this will be if help to you, but we had something similar for a short period of time, but we used to get that error when applying a filter to the tickets. We solved ours by changing to a different browser. We moved from IE to Chrome
  • I've tried using various browsers and tried taking off the filter but it still doesn't fix the problem. I've also tried deleting the ticket but it does not allow me to delete it, the same error comes up.
  • Was this problem resolved? If not, I would suggest contacting support.
