I followed the settings in the forum, but failed. How can I push office2019? Can you give me a detailed tutorial? Thank you.

It can't find the file because you have the setup.exe inside a folder.Do not compress the folder, compress the files, in a way where setup.exe is in the ROOT of your ZIP file.

We do it the same way with a .zip file. We noticed that you aren't able to start the setup.exe directly, so we decided to place another batch file (.cmd) in there which is starting the setup.exe / configure xxxx.xml.That's the content of our .zip folder:
