KBE Manipulator no longer supports .iso format?
I inherited our K2000 from another admin in our company who, a couple of years ago, managed to upload a bootable, Dell DDPE unlock tool to our K2000 boot menu. The DDPE unlock tool is readily available from the Dell website, but only in an .iso format.
We now need to update our DDPE boot disk, and if I'm looking at this correctly utilizing the KBE Manipulator is the only way to upload a custom boot disk to the K2000 boot menu. However, it looks like the latest KBE Manipulator version, 4.0.0.1, has dropped support for .iso files and is only supporting .wim files.
Are there any viable options to get this updated Dell DDPE unlock boot disk, which is only available in an .iso format, uploaded to the K2000 boot menu? I've looked into converting the .iso file to a .wim but that looks... messy at best? I've spent quite a few hours on this and pretty much all of the KBE Manipulator documentation and videos I'm finding are for the old versions that support .iso's, and it was an easy and simple process then!

That is correct.
In version 4.1 (I believe not quite sure), ISO uploads were removed from KBE manipulator.
