Labels computers based on file exist

Hello,

As I'm migrating to Kace, I'd like to identify on my network all "non Kace Imaged" computer. For that I have on my "old" computer a specific file stored on the D Drive.

Question : How can I create a label or smart label to identify all those computer ? Kace Agent is installed on all computer actually.

Thx in advance

The first step is to create a custom inventory rule that looks for the existence of that file. See the Adminstrator's Guide page 202 for more information (http://www.kace.com/~/media/Files/Support/Documentation/K1000/v60/K1000_AG.pdf).

Once you have a custom inventory rule setup machines that have the file present will show the software title as installed. You can then create a smart label based on that software title being present on a machine.
