Language .msp without using mst file

Hi everybody,
i have to package CaseWise modeler but i don't how to change language to french,(this package have a setup that call some msi, and the language is selected from the setup and then applicate to all msi.) i didn't find any mst (just the msp file ) and when i use /p option , nothing change .
please if you have a solution , please tell me

You are not installing the MSP in proper way. Here is the link which will tell you how to install the MSP silently in a proper way.
