LDAP label for computer in a specific security group

Hi everyone,

I am trying to create an LDAP label that will be assigned to any computer that is a member of a specific security group.
When I execute the LDAP query in the LDAP browser, I get all the appropriate computers displayed but I fail in the implementation in the advanced search.

My query is:
(memberof=cn=ACL_NAME,OU=ACL,OU=usergroups,dc=DOMAIN,DC=local)

My problem is the machine filter... I tried nearly every combination with KBOX_COMPUTER_NAME but didn´t get an result. Everytime i get that my query failed when i use the filter. Without the filter i get an result but the k1000 compains that i´m using an invalid token. Hope that someone can give me a hint.

  • How did you get this working in the end? I am trying to do the same by putting computers in a security group for software deployment. - briagrah 3 years ago

Try removing the Kace_user from AD, and re-adding it.

Got it working after a few hours of trying.
