LDAP User login issue
I am pretty new to Kace and just recently rolled out Service Desk to my users. I have LDAP set up for my K1000 for user login. Most of my users can log in without issue. But a few can't, getting "Login Failed: Incorrect LDAP user name or password." error.
I verified that they are listed users and forced a sync. The ones with this issue said it has been about a month since they changed passwords (we force a change at 3 months).
Any ideas on how to resolve this?
