Looks like the IE Security Issue has a patch any idea on when we will see this in the patching for the k1000?

It if follows normal release schedule, 2 days:

Though I don't know if there's any special consideration for emergency releases.

You can expect to find KACE able to download and distribute the patches within 24hrs of Lumension adding them to their feed.
