Manual Device Input

I have input two servers manually - KACE keeps deleting them as MIA because they don't have agents on them and they can't connect.  What did I do wrong?  We would like them in the inventory.

  • If you're using the latest version (6.4) and this is still happening I'd recommend to open a support call to investigate the issue.

  • Ok so off to tech support I go. I have installed 6.4 and it still did it. - anaccarato 8 years ago
