Metering Report for Specific software not working
Hello,
I've been using a metering report for certain software. The report below has worked for me for other software, but for a select few like Acronis or Active@ disk it doesn't seem to display any output even though there are machines with the software installed. Is there something wrong with the report below or anything I can adjust to make it display machines with the specified software?

Test it by using just "%Ac%" and see if you see Acronis or Active listed. You'll probably have to sift throgh the Acrobat instances.
Also make sure that metering is enabled on the software AND machines that you are trying to get the info for.

Also for the conversion for seconds to hours you need to divide by 3600 not 360. - h2opolo25 9 years ago
