I used setup.exe /admin to install Microsoft Office Project 2007 Pro and Standard silently. I am not sure of how to disable the auto update check. Can anyone help me with that..

Have you tried setup.exe /? in command line?

yes jagadesh, I did the package by using the setup.exe command line switches. But I did not find any switch for update suppress so little bot confused. When I did some research I found Project and Std updates are linked with the OS updates so is it true? If it linked with that if we suppress the OS updates no need to suppress the Project STD and PRO updates seperately (As I know in orgnsn OS updates will be disabled anyways) - ontari.ontari 11 years ago

Please try the below registries for same
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Common\General\Authorized = 0x7fffffff
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Common\General\ShownOptIn = 1
