"MSICLIENTUSESEXTERNALUI" property in application deployment via SCCM

Whenever I am deploying an application using SCCM, it's adding the property MSICLIENTUSESEXTERNALUI=1 in the installation command line. I am looking for:
1. Why is this property added, when all installations from SCCM are already silent.
2. Is there a flag/setting that I can provide to ignore this property.

We are using SCCM 1802.


Really appreciate any kind of help.
