MSMQ Issue On Win7 Sp1

We have two applications which uses MSMQ to send messages between two applications. It was working fine on windows 7 after applying the hotfix KB2554746 but post Windows 7 sp1 upgrade the MSMQ is not working or in some places is intermittent. Any help?
