My archived users have returned with the upgrade to 9.x
Since the upgrade to 9.0.270 all of my archived users have returned to the Users list. I have duplicates and in some cases triplicates of users who are no longer active. In addition to that some of the organizational Email distro groups are now showing up as users as well. Could someone please remind me where the LDAP command is in KACE that is pulling this information from AD? I suspect this is where the issue is because if I archive or even delete these accounts they are immediately added back in again.

All Ldap users are imported from the ...
Settings --> User Authentication--> Schedule User Imports.
Thats where you make your LDAP conection and configure
your search criteria for imports.

Thank you sir. I have that configured now at the top level. I'm sure that is why it is pulling all the users. We didn't see this behavior however until we upgraded to 9.0.260. Before the upgrade it was just pulling the current users. - AndrewQ 5 years ago
