My K1000 script deployment status always "Status Pending". Please Help.

I use Scripting - Run Now to deploy default script (windows enable debug) to my Kbox agent, but it's status always Running (status pending). Is there someone met this problem?  My Kbox agent folder (C:\ProgramData\Dell\KACE\scripts) is empty... Server Version: 6.4.119927 Agent Version: 6.4.180

We had this happen on our KBox once and support had to use a tether to resolve the issue.
