Need help for silent uninstallation of Nortel Contivity Client

Hi,
I am facing an issue during the uninstallation of Nortel Conitivity VPN client. The install shield setup is not giving a silent switch for uninstall. Also when I created a response file for unattended uninstallation, that file is not properly working with the exe.
A screen comes asking for a prompt to choose"Whether you want to unstall - yes or no"
Someone can help me regarding how to execute the uninstallation of Contivity Client 4.65 version???

Have you tried contacting the vendor for support?

Are you using the uninstall command that Add/Remove programs uses (from the registry), or are you running the setup executable with the uninstall switch and a response file?

I did a Nortel Contivity package a few years ago, for a previous client, and did have some issues with the uninstallation response file, but got there in the end - I may have checked and modified the contents of the uninstallation response file.

Hope this helps,

I guess you can use "-a" switch. as per your data application is prompting yes or no while uninstallation.
for example
C:\WINDOWS\Isuninst.exe -a -f "C:\Program Files\F-Secure\Ssh\Uninst.isu" -c"C:\Program Files\Company Name\Custom.dll"

Hi Jose,

Finally I have cracked down the silent uninstallation of Nortol VPN Client package.
You need to take up the exe from the InstallShield information in C:\Program Files\InstallShield Information...and change SkipScreens=0 and run it with "<path>.exe" uninstallation /S command.

Thanks
