KACE Product Support Question
Not Checking in from Certain IP Gateway

For some reason, we are finding that machines are no longer checking into KACE if they are on our secure wireless gateway, though they were able to before. It shows machines offline if a user at our corporate office switches from LAN to wifi. I confirmed that from my laptop, on wireless, that I can ping our KBOX just fine. Does anyone know if a place in KACE where we have to specify authorize IP ranges for checking into KACE? I wanted to rule that out before having our network engineer look into our ACLs.

SMA doesn't restrict agents from connecting to server with any rule. Please check the agent log on your laptop under c:\Programdata\Quest\KACE\konea.log to understand what is the issue
