Patch "Not downloaded" and size 0

I have a number of devices missing KB4530717 but this patch is showing the size as 0 and status "Not downloaded".

The patch is showing as 'Active' and is not superseded.

I have created a test patch label to deploy this patch to a device that I know is missing it, however when running a 'Detect' on this label it doesn't seem to pick it up, and the patch is definitely not installed on the machine.

I have downloaded all patches marked as missing and updated signatures. Not sure what I'm missing.

Patch file status in the below screenshot says Stopped but I've since ran it again and it now shows 'Updated'.

Your "Patch Files Status" shows as stopped.

This is typically when you have a "download blackout".

You may want to see if you can start a manual patch download and monitor the patch download log.

    • Sorry, I overlook part of your comments. Are you using any labels in your patch subscription settings? I see that you have "Files detected as missing" Do you have any devices that show in the detection results as "Not Patched" for the particular patch that has not been downloaded? - KevinG 4 years ago
      • No problem. The issue was resolved by upgrading my SMA to 10.1. As soon as I did that, the patches started correctly reporting as missing causing KACE to start downloading them. All good now.

Issue was resolved by updating the SMA to 10.1 - 10.0 had some known patching issues apparently.
